Inform Us of a Maintenance Issue

Please note; If a repair is called in after hours the repair must still be submitted through your tenant portal so that the work order can be sent to the Vendor.

If the emergency is water intrusion and you have not received a call from the management company call a plumber directly. About Time Plumbing is a recommended vendor as they have “after hour” service. They can be reached directly at 813-929-7778. You may be responsible for the bill in its’ entirely and or for a portion of the bill depending on the cause of the water intrusion.

If the residence has a warranty and the tenant has been provided the information the tenant must call the warranty company directly. If the after hour service through this office is utilized the tenant may be responsible for the cost of the repair.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Release of Key

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
